At the Training Day on 19 August from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Haus Nazareth in Nazarethweg 7 in Bielefeld-Bethel, interested parties can find out about the various opportunities.
In short videos, six young people talk about what they particularly like about their training at Bethel and what motivates them at work.
"My motivation is to make people here happy. To come here with a smile and leave with a smile," says Philipp about his training as a curative education nurse. He works in the day care programmes at Haus Emmaus in Bielefeld-Bethel. The 25-year-old enjoys working with people.
"It motivates me to come here because you can see that the babies are getting better day by day. You can definitely see that you've done something good," says Gaye about her training as a nurse at the Bethel Protestant Hospital in Bielefeld. She likes the combination of nursing activities and medical health specialisms.
"I'm motivated every day by the fact that we manage everything in the background and keep everything running smoothly," say Celine and Lilly about their training as healthcare administrators in Bielefeld-Bethel. They both love working in a team and the varied tasks.
